In moderation UV rays can be beneficial to your health, being a natural provider of vitamin D. But It's no secret that Ultraviolet radiation is unhealthy in large amounts. Specifically UVA rays, the main type of Ultraviolet rays that reach the Earths surface, these types of rays can have incredible effects on a persons health and body.
